Lisa Krueger
President & CEO The team is led by Lisa Krueger, IOM, ACE, is the President/CEO of the organization. Lisa has lived in the area for over 30 years and has worked as a professional chamber of commerce executive for 23 years. She is a graduate of the US Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management and has been an Accredited Chamber Executive through the Western Association of Chamber Executives since 2006. Lisa oversees all programs and committees and the day-to-day business of the Chamber and is also the point person for the Chamber’s Governmental Affairs program. She is a founder and former board member for the Lake Havasu Chamber Foundation for Education and Leadership and is an honorary graduate of the Havasu Leadership and Advanced Havasu Leadership Development programs. She is a past chairman of Arizona Chamber Executives and has served on many local, state and national boards related to the Chamber of Commerce industry. Lisa is mother to Kim Krueger, and grandmother to Tyler, Ashley. Lisa is a long-time Rotarian, and has been a member of three different Rotary clubs since 1996. Kathy Tippett
Vice President - Operations Kathy Tippett is the Vice President of Operations. Kathy has lived in Lake Havasu City since 1990 and is a graduate of the Western Association of Chamber Executives ACADEMY program. She is responsible for the Chamber’s accounts payable and receivable plus human resources and provides the Chamber communication and marketing products. Kathy is the liaison for the Chamber Foundation’s Education Committee and Leadership Lake Havasu programs and has worked for the Chamber since 2000. She is the staff liaison to the Lake Havasu Chamber Foundation for Education and Leadership and is an honorary graduate of Havasu Leadership Development. Kathy is also a CTA (Certified Tourism Ambassador) who enjoys learning more about Lake Havasu City and sharing it with residents and visitors. Kathy is also a small business owner and partner of Little People’s Day Care & Preschool along with her daughter, Karen Harrison, who is a graduate of Lake Havasu High School and Mohave Community College. Receptionist & Traffic Director Michelle Schneider is the Chamber’s Receptionist and Traffic Director. Michelle is a Midwestern transplant, she hails from Madison, WI. Her family moved to Prescott, AZ in 1978, where she graduated from Prescott High School. Michelle spent time in Sedona and Cottonwood, before putting down roots in Lake Havasu City in 1986. She met her husband John while they were both working at the Today’s Daily News newspaper. They have two sons, Johnny who resides in Seattle, WA and Sam, who is a graduate from Lake Havasu High School. She is the first impression for the thousands who inquire about the Chamber and community each year. Michelle joined the team in June 2013. Amanda Mehaffey
Director of Special Events Amanda Mehaffey works at the Director of Special Events at the Chamber. Amanda joined the team in January 2016. She manages the fundraising events for the organization. Amanda has lived in Lake Havasu City since 2012, and moved here from Pagosa Springs, Colorado. She attended Pueblo Community college where she studied Art, English and Public Speaking. She is a 2017 Graduate of the Leadership Lake Havasu and is part of the Lake Havasu Chamber Foundation for Education and Leadership Education Committee. Amanda is also a CTA (Certified Tourism Ambassador) who enjoys taking advantage of all the great opportunities our growing city has to offer. Amanda is a mother to 3 beautiful, creative and adventurous little girls and one active boy, Amanda enjoys being crafty, painting, reading romantic novels, playing board games and being outdoors!
