The Lake Havasu Area Chamber is fortunate to have a highly trained and professional staff who work as a team on behalf of the organization.

The team is led by Lisa Krueger, IOM, ACE, who is the President/CEO of the organization. Lisa has lived in the area for over 30 years and has worked as a professional chamber of commerce executive for 23 years. She is a graduate of the US Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management and has been an Accredited Chamber Executive through the Western Association of Chamber Executives since 2006. Lisa oversees all programs and committees and the day-to-day business of the Chamber and is also the point person for the Chamber’s Governmental Affairs program. She is a founder and former board member for the Lake Havasu Chamber Foundation for Education and Leadership and is an honorary graduate of the Havasu Leadership and Advanced Havasu Leadership Development programs. She is a past chairman of Arizona Chamber Executives and has served on many local, state and national boards related to the Chamber of Commerce industry. Lisa is mother to Kim Rome, and grandmother to Tyler, Ashley, Hayden and Colton. Lisa is a long-time Rotarian, and has been a member of three different Rotary clubs since 1996. Kathy Tippett is the Director of Administration & Technology, a unique combination. Kathy has lived in Lake Havasu City since 1990 and is a graduate of the Western Association of Chamber Executives ACADEMY program. She is responsible for the Chamber’s accounts payable and receivable plus human resources and provides the Chamber communication and marketing products. Kathy is the liaison for the Chamber Foundation’s Education Committee and Leadership Lake Havasu programs and has worked for the Chamber since 2000. She assists the Lake Havasu Chamber Foundation for Education and Leadership and is an honorary graduate of Havasu Leadership Development. Kathy is also a CTA (Certified Tourism Ambassador) who enjoys learning more about Lake Havasu City and sharing it with residents and visitors. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from UNLV. Kathy is also a small business owner and partner of Little People’s Day Care & Preschool along with her daughter, Karen Harrison, who is a graduate of Lake Havasu High School and Mohave Community College.  She has two granddaughters, Kali and Bobbie. NikiNickle2018

Niki Nickle is the Investment and Special Events Manager at the Chamber. Niki jumped excitedly into her position with the chamber in July 2016. A Havasu Native, Niki graduated early from Lake Havasu High School with Honors English to attend the New York Conservatory of Dramatic Arts in New York City, NY. She studied Fine Arts, public speaking and even performed Improv off Broadway. Making people laugh and smile is something she still strives to do daily. After graduation she moved to Burbank, CA to work in the Film Industry. An Operation Manager at one of the top Production Fleet Companies in Southern California, Niki procured over five years of knowledge and experience that has lead to her career path today. While the big city was nice, Niki missed the community feel and beauty of Lake Havasu and so moved back in late 2015 with her now husband to plant their roots in the community. Amanda Jaramillo is the Investment and Special Events Assistant at the Chamber. Amanda joined the team in January 2016. She assists in sales, marketing and fundraising events as well as backing up Michelle Schneider at the front desk. Amanda has lived in Lake Havasu City since 2012, and moved here from Pagosa Springs, Colorado. She attended Pueblo Community college where she studied Art, English and Public Speaking. She is a 2017 Graduate of the Leadership Lake Havasu and is part of the Lake Havasu Chamber Foundation for Education and Leadership Education Committee. Amanda is also a CTA (Certified Tourism Ambassador) who enjoys taking advantage of all the great opportunities our growing city has to offer. Amanda is a mother to 3 beautiful, creative and adventurous little girls, Amersyn Paige 11 months old, Aftin Nichole 4 years old and Annalie Rae who just turned 8. She is currently engaged to the love of her life, Gregory Mehaffey and will be tying the knot November 3rd up in the Hualapai Mountains. Amanda enjoys being crafty, painting, reading romantic novels, playing board games and being outdoors! She never passes up a good French Dip and spending time with her family.  Michelle Schneider is the Chamber’s Receptionist and Traffic Director. Michelle is a Midwestern transplant, she hails from Madison, WI. Her family moved to Prescott, AZ in 1978, where she graduated from Prescott High School. Michelle spent time in Sedona and Cottonwood, before putting down roots in Lake Havasu City in 1986. She met her husband John while they were both working at the Today’s Daily News newspaper. They have two sons, Johnny who resides in Seattle, WA and Sam, who is a graduate from Lake Havasu High School. She is the first impression for the thousands who inquire about the Chamber and community each year. Michelle joined the team in June 2013. StanUsinowicz2016

Stan Usinowicz is Staff Writer and Photographer for the Chamber. A native of New Jersey, he is a graduate of Georgetown University, 1964. Stan was a U.S. Air Force combat fighter pilot from 1965-1971, with 100 missions over North Vietnam, 38 over Laos and South Vietnam. He was in newspaper management for 24 years in Durango, Colo.; the White Mountains of Northeast Arizona; and Lake Havasu City – all developed into award winning publications. He was also a Department Director for the Lake Havasu City Municipal Government for 10 years. He is a semi-retired writer.
